{"id":4601,"date":"2010-12-10T15:48:55","date_gmt":"2010-12-10T15:48:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gardeningregisterblog.co.uk\/?p=4601"},"modified":"2023-09-04T14:04:22","modified_gmt":"2023-09-04T13:04:22","slug":"allotment-update-the-shed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gardeningregisterblog.co.uk\/index.php\/allotment-update-the-shed\/","title":{"rendered":"Allotment Update: The Shed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Finally we have our shed.<\/p>\n<p>We bought our shed from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gardenbuildingsdirect.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Garden Buildings Direct<\/a>, there were a few problems with delivery but it arrived eventually and we put it away safely until Allan could get a day off work<\/p>\n<p>This just happened to be one of the coldest days we&#8217;ve ever had in Liverpool! So cold that the camera froze a few times and we couldn&#8217;t get the camping cooker going for the kettle. Luckily we had our burner going so we had heat and cups of tea.<\/p>\n<p>Once we got going it was quite easy and quick to build and it was all finished by 3pm. It has to be painted yet but we couldn&#8217;t do that in the cold anyway, a job for spring I think.
