I can&#8217;t believe I&#8217;m complaining about the heat!<\/p>\n<p>I planted the early potatoes Red Duke of York and Lady Christl; the Pink Fir Apple are still chitting very, very slowly.<\/p>\n<p>I also sowed some seeds; although some should really be in a propogator so I&#8217;ve got my figures crossed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Brussels Sprout &#8216;Revenge&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>Beetroot &#8216;Wodan&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>Sweet Pepper &#8216;Gypsy&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>Chili &#8216;Superchili&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>Tomato &#8216;Sweet Olive&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>Tomato &#8216;Red Alert&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>Cauliflower Igloo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Rhubarb &#8216;Stockbridge Arrow&#8217; went in on Saturday along with some Chives which we all love.<\/p>\n<p>A good start to the season I think but still lots to do.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Allotment Update.
